Tips for Choosing a Great Domain Name:

• Aim for simplicity: Pick a short and memorable name. Avoid complex words that are hard to spell.
• Be consistent: Match your domain to usernames you already use on social media to make the transition seamless.
• Find the right length: Shorter domains are easier to remember, but adding a word or numbers can make your desired domain more affordable.
• Don’t overthink it: Focus on getting started rather than achieving perfection.

Selecting Your Domain Ending:

• Web3 Domains: These contemporary ending like .nft are great for artists and collectors, .wallet is ideal for payment-focused users, and .x is premium and versatile.
• DNS Domains: These traditional endings offer established identities like .com for commercial businesses, .io for tech-focused brands, and .me for personal blogs, etc.

Once you find a domain you like, add it to your cart and proceed to checkout. Payment options include credit cards, PayPal, cryptocurrency, or a UD promo code.

Once you find a domain you like, follow these steps to complete your purchase:

3. Select Registration Period (DNS Domains Only): For DNS domains, choose your desired registration period during the checkout process.
4. Proceed to Checkout: Click "Checkout" to continue.
5. Provide Required Information (DNS Domains Only): If purchasing a DNS domain, fill out the required personal information as part of the standard domain registration process.
6. Select Payment Method: Choose your preferred payment method: credit card, PayPal/Venmo, cryptocurrency, or Crypto.com, and complete your purchase.

Note: DNS and .eth domains are non-refundable.

To manage your domains:

1. Go to the "My Domains" section of your account.
2. Click "Manage” next to the domain you want to manage.
3. Use the interface to update to your domain records.

If you prefer to use a designated self-custody wallet, such as MetaMask or Phantom, you can set a minting wallet so domain purchases are automatically sent to the specified wallet:

1. Go to your Account Settings section of your account.
2. Click “Add Wallet” and connect the wallet you want to use.
3. Sign the transaction with your wallet.
4. Click the three dots next to the newly added wallet and select “Use as Minting Wallet”.

Alternatively, domains can be transferred between wallets using the Bulk Transfer feature after purchase. Here’s how:

1. Go to the Bulk Transfer page

2. Select the “Wallet” drop-down menu and select the wallet where your domains are currently held.

3. Select the “Transfer Domains” button.

4. Enter the address of the new wallet where you wish to transfer the domains.

5. Check the required boxes then select “Transfer Domains” to complete the transfer.

• Never share your private keys or seed phrases.
• Use official links and bookmarks to avoid phishing scams.
• Store private keys securely, such as in a safe or on an offline device.
